MALEVOLENT CREATION Schedule Hometown Record Release Party

July 17, 2004

Floridian death metal overlords MALEVOLENT CREATION will celebrate the release of their latest CD, "Warkult", in their hometown of Ft. Lauderdale at the Culture Room on July 24. The record-release party will be the first time the band plays in the U.S. with returning drummer Dave Culross.

MALEVOLENT CREATION's ninth full-length album, "Warkult" is scheduled for release July 27 in North America on Nuclear Blast Records. Said to be the band's "most diverse and punishing record to date," "Warkult" was recorded at Liquid Ghost Recording Studio in Boca Raton, Florida by Phil Plaskon and mixed at Studio Wild in Quebec by producer Jean Francois Degenais. Mastering duties were handled by Bernard Belley in Montreal.
